Request Replacement Member ID Card

If you’d like us to mail you a new Member ID card, please verify the address on file is accurate. Click on Member Profile and edit your address, if desired.

 

If you’re unable to edit your address in Member Profile, it means your member information is provided to us by a sponsoring organization. Please contact them directly if you want to make any changes.

 

If your spouse was issued a Member ID card and needs a replacement, they must sign in using their username and password.

 

A replacement card will be mailed within 15 days of the date you request it. You’ll have the same member number, so you can continue using the discount program in the meantime.
